Our Values
What we believe
“At the heart of what we do is a genuine, ongoing connection between tutor and student — one built over time, shaped around who that student is, and held with patience. Students don’t feel re-engaged because they have been given the right materials. They feel re-engaged because someone has shown up consistently, taken them seriously, and created a space where they feel like they belong.”
Find out more about who we areHow It Works
Small groups, real structure, online every day
Students join small groups of two or three, matched by level and compatibility. Each day includes a structured hour of English and an hour of Maths, delivered by the same tutor who knows them.
Learn how it worksTransitions
Carefully supported transitions into our framework and later well-managed reintegration once students are ready for their next challenge
Progress
This isn't just academic — it's where the student is emotionally too, finding the right level of challenge for the individual
Structure
Students who have lost that belonging and routine have an opportunity to rebuild a structure founded on learning again
Engagement
Tutors tie the learning into the students' interests and find what motivates the individual
